Webcroz designed a three-tier architecture with the frontend server separated from the backend, which is communicated through APIs. The application was developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Flask-Python, and MongoDB as a database. It was hosted on a cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS, Google Cloud. The application used SSO (oauth2) for authentication and authorization, allowing users to log in using their Gmail accounts.

The BMC web application has three main modules - Create BMC, View Previous BMCs, and Edit BMCs. The Create BMC module allows users to add, edit, and delete Canvas components such as Key Partners, Key Activities, Key Resources, Value Propositions, Customer Segments, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, and Cost Structure. The application also provided a visual representation of the business model in the form of Canvas diagrams. Thus, it allows users could export the business models as PDFs.

Webcroz designed the application with an engaging and visually appealing aesthetic that aligned with Steveondigital's style guide. The application had bold imagery tied to powerful statements and intuitive navigation. Information was grouped and presented logically, and visitors could easily locate information and act. The navigation experience was organized and uncluttered. As a result, the application was responsive and rendered properly across multiple browsers and screen sizes.
